Resultzzs stay away

I have been ripped-off seriously. To further that I have complied 100% with the refund policy and RESULTZZS is still trying to steal from me. I agreed to product at $3500, received access to material and tried to cancel just 2 days after that sending a registered e-mail and they still refuse a refund contrary to UTAH Law. Lets get together and bring this to the attorney general. My problem is I was too faithful in mankind. How can a company survive through FRAUD?

Proof of the course start date access to material. 4. Registered mail receipt proof of the cancellation within the allotted time period. 5. E-mailsSection 1 A brief description: On July 9th I was solicited by a telemarketer of Resultzzs who fraudulently claimed to be an agent of my website provider The Rich Jerk. After considerable time we agreed on a contract included in this document. This was supposedly a web marketing course. The materials delivered on Monday July 13th were determined to not be as promised and not satisfactory at which time I opted out of the contractual agreement exactly as required. Please see the registered mail receipt as required.

Section F of the contractual agreement states: F. The date of execution for this contract shall be the date that you receive access to your materials. This contract becomes executable on said date. Receipt of this contract construes acknowledgment and agreement with the aforementioned terms. Company shall, on a best efforts basis, attempt to deliver said contract to recipient on said date. This contract can only be voided within the first three business days. User is required to send in a Certified Letter stating the refusal of all services rendered by Resultzzs, postdated within the 3 business days as mandated by this contract. Business days consist of Monday Saturday. (Please See enclosed contract e-mailed to myself) Referring to the above agreementThe date of execution for this contract Began on Monday May 13th since this is when an assigned instructor Andrea Watts [mailto: andrea. [email protected]] of resultzzs mailed to me the access materials for this course. This is also when she assigned to me over the phone an account with password access. Hence May 13th according to the e-mail is start of my 3 day assessment period since this is when I received access to their materials. (Please See enclosed material e-mailed to me) Not happy I tried to cancel the next day on May 14th and was met with a very poor response for cancellation informing me that it was not possible. I immediately called Visa and informed them both verbally and in writing on this day. On May 15th I sent by registered mail the letter stating the following: This is a refusal of all services rendered by Resultzzs. Please refund all monies to my visa card as per agreement. (Please See enclosed letter to resultzzs as well as the registered receipt) The issue is fraudulent for the following reasons: 1 Breach of contractual agreement from Resultzzs as shown above. 2. False information given to me and refusal or refund. 3. Solicitation to a do not call phone listing. 4. Misrepresentation as an agent of my current hosting agent, The Rich Jerk. I also have concerns that they are not operating as a registered telemarketer and if so their bond should be lifted due to fraudulent representation and in-ability to abide by the terms of the Utah Consumer affairs telemarketing rules. They have stated that the information was made available on the 9th. But my e-mail provider has tracked no such delivery. They have also provided me no such proof of receipt of material prior to this date, because there is none. I received the contract on the 9th and the material on the 13th of July I delivered my right of refusal promptly on July 15th. I am demanding a full refund from this company. Please look into this matter and advice. Thank You
