I was ripped off by ancestry.com I signed on for the 14 free day trial membership, then signed on for a three month subscription (quarterly) and they continued to charge my bank card for 6 months.
I called to notify them and they basically said they could do nothing and that we had signed up for monthly services.
It is very unfortunate that this company is taking advantage of consumers who are only trying to learn about their history and family.
This company is deceptive and is basically stealing money from consumers.
I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's Office and Better Business.
