I bought a Brother Laser Color Printer online on BestBuy.com and paid through their site on Paypal. When it did not arrive, I tracked it through their site and lo and behold, Fedex claimed to have delivered it. I had received an incorrect box (a neighbors box) on that day, but no printer and no other boxes delivered. When I contacted Best Buy, they said I had to go through their "Marketplace Seller" (WTF???) and when I called the Marketplace seller, they said the tracking is showing your box delivered. Yeah, that's why I am calling obviously! They said call Fedex, which I did and Fedex promised to get back to me in 1 day. And. They. Never. Did.
15 calls later, I did a claim for undelivered goods on Paypal and they wouldn't consider my claim because the box is showing as delivered on Fedex. I have retained the box that was delivered to me in error and if I had paid with a credit card, my credit card would have reversed the charge immediately. There are 4 customer service failures in one order!!! I run a company and if my customer does not get their box, I send a new one immediately and deal with my shipping company myself! STILL WAITING for someone to help me, and I am not letting this go. Next step, I will spend $500 to sue them. I don't care if it's only $250.
