Refuses refund blames PayPal

My company has been trying to cancell services with LinkMarket.net for over 2 months. The only way to contact them is through a "contact us" page on the website. All responses are automated, never directly responding to you or your specific inquirey. And yes, finally after weeks of emails and waiting, they did automaticlly respond that they cancelled the service, only after we were charged yet again! Considering how they seemed to stall responding to us, it's as if they were waiting to get another billing cycle in before cancelling. They emailed us (again auto-response) that it is the reponsibility of the client to cancell the PayPal services/charges. Hello!!! The service was with LinkMarket, not PayPal. They are a 3rd party, why should they be at fault? When I tried to track down who owned this company, any contact info, it appearead as if this company did not really exist. No phone, address or real company info to be found. When doing a whois search, it's listed administrative contact is in AZ. When I called them, they had NO IDEA who this company was. This is not a responsible way to do business. Lack of direct communications, no customer service to speak of, passing the buck of responsibility, no way to directly contact them, I can't even find what state they are in! Beware doing business with another business with such tactics and questionable business ethics and practices.
