I ordered jewelry through a site that had surveys to complete. They wanted you to select a service or product from several offers.
The first item was charged to SHOPDJJ.com, July 1. I did not sign up for an account, I just ordered one item and that is all I wanted.
I got a second item from Haute Jewelry Direct. I told them I did not want it and to cancel any account they may have for me. I cancelled on October 22.
On my last credit card bill due in December is a charge from SHOPDANI.com for $68. I called several times, at all times of the day and they keep telling me the lines are too busy to call back.
The charge was dated 10/19 on my December bill.
