Brion Shepherd, Port Angeles, WA, is an insurance scam artist. He has 50-60 online fantasy sports leagues, both football and basketball, through Yahoo sports. He claims that he is an insurance salesman who gets kickbacks from insurance companies for any insurance quotes that are placed through his website www.fantasyquotes.com.
He exclaimed his leagues were sponsored by his company and would pay $300 per league in prize money, however if members would complete 100 insurance quotes during the season the prize pot would be doubled. He also said that if we got 10 quotes done as a league by the first weekend, he would pay a $10 weekly prize to the high scorer each week. He pushed members to use Geico, Progressive and E-Surance because if you did a quote with them they woouldn't require your phone number and therefore noone would contact you. He placed weekly posts and prize offers in an effort to get more quotes done. He also pushed another of his sites... Www.topadsnow.com for the same purpose.

Hey everyone thanks for joining. If you can all go to www.fantasyquotes.com and do a quote that would be great. If everybody can do at least the 1 quote for joining it will only take 2 minutes. If you do not want someone from the insurance company to call you about the quote then do an auto quote. Geico, Progressive and Esurance will let you skip the phone number box so nobody will call you on those. Once it gives you a price you are done and you can click out unless you want to purchase the insurance that is up to you. Also, please click on all of the insurance companies logo's that come up after you have entered in your zip code for each of the Auto, Life, Health, & Home Insurance. I get credit for the web traffic and you can see all the companies I work with, which in return we can keep running the leagues for free. Basically the more you click on things the better for my site so thank you. As of today, December 1st his www.fantasyquotes.com site has been taken down but www.topadsnow.com i still up. I spent an hour yesterday with a Geico fraud rep in the Seattle area and they took all my information and would look into him.
I know for a fact he has 53 fantasy football leagues on Yahoo, each has 12 members. That means there are over 600 people out there doing insurance quotes and making this guy money. Meanwhile, he has no intention of ever paying anything out. Up until 2 weeks ago he was still saying checks would be mailed out soon but as of now he has just fallen off the face of the earth. As I said I spoke with Geice yesterday and today his website is down so maybe he is running scared.
