Corp ripoff deception By June my virus updates expired, 4 months after paying for the years subscription!

I had Norton's Systemworks 2001 On my computer, my virus updates expired, so I paid the $14.95, out of my checking account through my debit card, in Feb. 2003

By June my virus updates expired, 4 months after paying for the years subscription! According to their customer service, I can no longer get updates for the 2001 version of Norton's because it is too old. It wasn't too old back in Feb. To take my money!
