The Post Media Network i made a purchase thru paypal and despite 3 attempts at e-mail there is no response to getting an unlock code for the software

I puchased a software program that required getting an unlock code but never received a response after 3 e-mails which is the only way to contact them. They took my money and did not deliver the goods! Beware of this scam!
