After charging my credit card $ and downloading the registry patrol software, I could not get it to work.
I emailed the company support address and told them what was happening. The next afternoon I received an email from "Paul" at Registry Patrol. It was very short... An unlock code and 4 simple instructions to apply the unlock code.
I did as the instructions said but there was no place to put a code. The screen kept going to the PURCHASE Registry Patrol... Like I had never bought it. I tried everything several times, my computer must have restarted 6 times. Nothing! I emailed the support address again 3 days ago and I have heard nothing.
A computer nut at work tried to take care of it for me with no luck. He pulled up this site and said "You have been Had"!
