Hi I have been contacted by Leo owner of koel Design group. He asked us to design 2 flash websites 3 months back. Showing a good faith, we have developed those 2 flash websites without taking any advance payment, now the 2 sites have been completed.
We are contacting Mr. Leo from past 2 months for the payment, But he is not picking our phones or replying to our emails. They have a receptionist called Cynthia, she always says that Leo is out of the office, out of the town, he is not coming to the office and bla bla bla bla. But i send several messages, emails, voice mails for the payment. Even we send paypal invoices too, but he never responded.
Leo is a cheater, please dont do any kind of business with him, he owes me total $700 for the 2 sites and now he is hiding.
If he is not making the payment with in couple of days, i am going to flash more news all over the internet.
Once again please dont do any kind of business with him, he is a con artist, lier, cheater
