I bought a pair of sunglasses recently from Koel. Let me tell you it was the worst experience I have ever had! Worse then giving birth! I bought these glases for $295. They broke less then 30 days of having them. I went back to Koel with receipt in hand and the young lady rudely told me "nothing they can do about it". I asked to to speak to the owner and it was Mr. Leo Koel. I explained my story to him and he also told me nothing he can do about it. I told him I only wore these glasses a few times and they just fell apart. After that he started yelling at me, saying I was a liar and threw me out of his store cursing the whole time. (I think it was curing, his english was not the best) so I left. I took these glasses to sun glass hut to see if they could repair them. I was told by a manger and also another employee that these were nothing but cheap knock offs from China that were worth pennies. They also told me that Mr. Koel just stamped his logo on the side. The manager told me I shouldnt even repair them because frames were so cheap!
