The modem went first, then error messages kept popping up on every page. When I went to reboot the computer, the boot disk only loaded to 66% and quit.

It has never worked right since we purchased it! WE got accepted by a cable station in Chicagp on WGN. They were the ones that put everything together to sell in a package.
Everytime we tried to contact someone no one was there to help. Above is the address of a company in New Jersey, I don't know if they are connected with them or not, but the tv station in Chicago, I guess I'm done doing business with them.
