In I purchased a Cybermax notebook for about $2000 for my parents who are senior citizens. I based my decision on pc worlds ratings. A few months after purchase the screen went completely blank and I then found out that my supposed 3 year warranty was worthless since Cybermax and its parent company Fountain Technologies went out of business.
I tried to find someone to work on the computer but to no avail. I found the name of one of their ex-employees... Anreas Horlacher who was supposedly working on notebooks but I've since lost all contact with him. I'd just like to either get my money back or find someone who will work on this pile of junk!
