Purchased their internet accelerator via a download from their website. I immediately got a error condition of expired access code, although this code was provided at their web site moments earlier.
Problems happen, but this is a company that is totally non-responsive, I sent 2 email message for help without response. I emailed the company for a full refund still no response after two requests. The only way I am sure that this is a real company is major ads in computer magazines and a on line Better Business listing for them.
No support of the product no customer service&they are apparently only available to debit your account for a transaction&buyer beware!!
