I requested a Whimsiclay Cat figurine through above-referenced site/person on 9/28. I never received the item. I repeatedly sent the vendor, but didn't get a response. After I attempted to settle a with Bonanzle, the contact part of esite wouldn't let me contact them. I stuck an inquiry / criticism with PayPal concerning the deal. After awaiting an answer in the vendor, PayPal dominated in my own benefit & stated they'd issue a return. Nevertheless, once they attempted to gather the resources in the seller; the resources were unavailable within the vendor's lender. I eventually obtained an answer in the vendor, after PayPal truly charge her a cost at her lender, and/or impending suspension if her consideration? She was all apologies & reasons about poor health & operations, nevertheless after fourteen days I still didn't get a reimbursement or even the product. I've delivered her recurring emails, but no reaction & obviously, nevertheless no $ or figurine. I examined her standing on Bonanzle, no vendor exercise since 10/16, but another customer criticism on 10/23 of no product acquired. I really hope everybody may recall this lady & her e-mail: [email protected] don't use BONANZLE, complete ripoff website & vendor!!!
