I visited iOffer buying great deal. I provided $25 for a product promoting for $35. & free shipping. The vendor acknowledged my present... I settled with PayPal... And not received them. The vendor (dragon874) hasn't responded to some of my numerous emails which have been delivered requesting them I bought months before. The vendor is just a SCAM
I discovered that I really could stop my PayPal cost towards the vendor. Thank God for PayPal! IOffer is a fraud along with a rip off... This website will require your criticism, but does NOTHING about this to solve the problem! You are able to create them mail after mail until your fingertips bleed... But nothing actually gets done
If you purchase something here. Ensure that you use PayPal to cover it. Atleast PayPal may STOP the deal should you protest for them.
I'll never look at ioffer again!!!
