Hindsight is definitely 20/20
I naively attempted iOffer for that very first time in January and bought a comparatively cheap Person watch ($150) from the vendor in China. Paypal prepared my cost and that I thought I'd be guarded if the offer drop through. Them I taken care of wasn't what I obtained! What I acquired within the email after numerous emails towards the vendor was a properly packed, plastic trinket (Appreciated under $5)
Vendor stays low-communicative after purchase and it has been getting negative feedback all month! Vendor fundamentally shut bill! I've no option through iOffer or Paypal! Vendor was smart enough to supply following range and mis information to Paypal.
