I purchased a whole computer system from their TV program only because the deal was really sweet. They promised $450 worth of rebates in the mail. Once I filled out all the paperwork and mailed it all in (in separate envelopes as instructed even though they were all going to the same address) I waited the recommended 16 weeks to see a credit for the $450 on my credit card statement.
I ordered the computer in early Dec and did not receive it until the second week in february but they charged my credit card at the time of purchase. Every time I called them to find out about my order I was kept on hold for at least 1 hour. It is now september and I still have not gotten any of my rebates.
I've been calling the 1-800 number and it's been constantly busy. They are not listed in Pipersville or in the 1-800 directory. I cannot get on their website either.
I feel like such a loser for taking the bait...
