I ordered a "Story of ME" baby memory book on August 22 from the website www.mymamabear.com and my account was charged $89.90 on August 25. On Mamabear's website it does say that it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery of this item, but it has been almost 3 months and I never received the book.
There is limited information on how to contact the seller. The phone number listed on the site (6784771440) says that it is "not a working number". I emailed the seller 3-5 times to ask about the status of my order, and never got a response. There is an area on the website to let you track your order, and it has said the order is "processing" since the day I ordered the book.
I even had to call my bank to dispute the charge on my account since I still have not received the book, and the bank gave me a phone number (7705952500) that was listed for the seller.
