March I downloaded online detective for 3 days only for $9.99. It DID NOT work, and in the same hour, I contacted support and told them that it did not work and not to charge my checking account, and that I was going to uninstall.
They disreguarded and yesterday when some checks bounced, I took a good close look at my bank statements and called my bank. For 1 year and almost 4 months Online detective has been taking $29.95 out of my account. That's a total of $479.20. I called ccbill and talked to customer, (James) and he would not credit that amount or any amount back to my account.
I called 1-212-971-1305, the number for online detective, and ask for customer service, and they had a lady answering the phone and said they weren't taking calls, and transferred me to someones voice mail. So I'm waiting.
