HughesNet thinks that its customers should pay $125 every time the satellite dish needs re-alignment. This happens because the satellites move. There is nothing the customer can do to adjust the dish, nor is there anything the customer can do to stop the satellite from drifting. Therefore, this is a hidden fee that HughesNet customers are required to pay. $125!!! I have had to have my dish re-aligned at least once a year since I signed on with this company. Let's not even talk about the absurdly bad customer service whose job it is to make you go away, not help you. I cannot even begin to convey my disdain for this company. They do not care at all for their customers. The only reason I use them is because no one else will provide me with service in Vermont.
