We closed a-2 year agreement together. We've had no issues what-so actually, till, Friday April 11. We'd no support on our mobile phone. I named Suncom that evening from the friends telephone. They'd us remove our battery. Then she said she accomplished anything. I'd to visit configurations and research a community. We still had no support. My partner visited the Suncom shop Sunday plus they man completed a spot work. The moment my partner strolled in the home we'd no support. I called again Thursday, April 12 and spoke to customer care. She explained they didn't assure support and there is nothing they might do. Mon, April 14 we returned towards the Suncom shop. The supervisor there informed us they were having structure problems and he'd deliver a manufacture out towards the closest structure to us. After several telephone calls I had been ultimately informed that Group Cell combine with Suncom which AT&T wouldn't allow them us their systems. Occasionally I get service in my own lawn, occasionally I've to go accross the road or push toward Anderson to obtain support. We visited the suncom shop again Friday which period the Supervisor informed us that AT&T wouldn't allow Group Cellular use their systems. He explained that there is nothing they might do. He actually explained that I maynot actually have support again in my own home, but Group Cell is likely to be creating a structure in Belton or Williamstom someday. I needed to stop, however they stated they don't cancel support within the shop. I'd named earlier that evening and was informed that I really could stop with no $200 disconnection charge, but I'd not have the ability to get that written down. Personally I think that suncom has simply abondoned us. My spouse is just a diabetic and when anything occurs to him I can't utilize my telephone that I purchase in my own home.
