CIS Nationwide - ClickBan -CLKBank
Marriagerecords.org divorcerecords.org etc... Duped. Paid for "access to member area, " NOT information! Your internet member area was not nice enough to be worth $20. I want my money BACK!

Completely ripped off. No response from their alleged help email. Their rebuttal to another report on this site about them is SO pathetically expected. First, they say they really care and their customer service works hard six days a week around the clock. Ha. Doing what? Deleting zillions of complaint emails? Then, they say you "agreed to the terms and disclosures." See how much they care? Here is a simple definition of legal disclosure, and I assure you, I bet someone could convince a jury just by bringing up your site in court that your disclosure doesn't meet it. "full disclosure n. The need in business transactions to tell the "whole truth" about any matter which the other party should know in deciding to buy or contract." (online source) Obviously, your site is misleading people, and no amount of "disclosure" is going to save you when it is unclear and purposely designed to get you: $20; the customer: Nothing. It is hard to explain just what a detailed scam they have operating, you'd have to pay and see for yourself. (Don't). Basically, you pay a fee to use their site, then your initial $20 is reduced by FIVE dollars each time you do a "direct search, " which yields "no records" by the way. So, they differentiate in writing between "direct search" and other searches in a long and convulated manner, obviously designed to dupe people who are looking for a fast and easy way to get information. I.E., people who rely on their Banner and Simple promises because they are in a hurry. Anyway, what the heck other kind of search would anyone want to do, people are "directly" looking for info on someone, yes? What's all the other garbage? Your $20 is then Gone, they tell you it was basically depleted. But wait, you also bought the "extra" unlimited search pass, so maybe you can at least get some biographical or other info on this person (which you could have got for free but were hoping to expedite). Suddenly, you find out that info exists for that, but now you have depeleted your direct search "account" (translate - your money is gone). But they are happpy to charge you between $5-$20 to get the info, because now it is a "direct search" again. Ha ha ha. Jokes on Me. See how it works? Direct search uses your $20 but yields no info, but your unlimited "free" search DOES yield info, for which you now have to pay. Whoever owns this company must have nightmares every night just like a regular career criminal, about whether he/she will hang on to his/her wealth when he/she is prosecuted or loses everything in a nice big class action tort suit. It particularly pisses me off that they do not respond to customer email, but take the time to BULLSH!? People SOME MORE in Rebuttals online to the poor people who got ripped off. This industry needs to be regulated, and I for one am calling my congressman. (not to mention looking up their agent of service).
