PC Outlet, San Antonio, Texas IH-10 Location PC Outlet Took My Computer For Thier Gain

Last year I went to replace my old Dell desktop that I orginally bought from PC Outlet for a newer, more productive computer. I brought my old computer in as trade. The employee took my computer, checked the computer to see that I did buy from them, logged it in, said that a tech would get back to me in a couple of days due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. I bought a new computer and went home.
I got a call two weeks later while I was on Temporary Duty with the military. I was informed that since there was no Microsoft Label on it that they could not buy it. I reminded them that I bought the machine as is from them two years earlier and I did nothing to it and never did see the label they were talking about. Disgusted, I told them that I was TDY and would pick up the computer as soon as I return to San Antonio.
Upon arrival to San Antonio, the computer was the last thing on my mind. Friends and family were first order of business. I went to PC Outlet about a week after returning. Now this is March mind you and when I go in to get my computer, they tell me they cannot find it. I showed my reciept and they looked for about twenty minutes and brought out this computer and said it was mine.
Opening it up, there was a different fan, hard drive, motherboard configuration and everything just did not look right. It was also missing slave drive (I purchased when I got the computer and had them put in) to which I informed them that this was NOT my computer. The gentleman helping me told me I have to be wrong and that I was lucky to even have the machine there and referred to the "Items left over 30 Days" poster. I reminded him that I was miltary and even thier copy of the reciept said I was military and I would get the computer upon my return. The guy just shrugged his shoulders and laughed. I informed him that under the Soldiers and Sailors protection act, that no property of military members can be confiscated, sold, destroyed or otherwise while the service member was deployed on military assignment. With which he replied, well maybe that Act can get you a new computer.
To further my anger, thier store copy of the reciept was a note written on THIER COPY ONLY in blue ink stating that the computer was to be recycled/parted in 5 days from the date it was "updated". If PC Outlet could not buy the machine, why would they recycle the parts? Why could I not get a new computer. Every time I call to date to speak to a manager or owner I get the proverbial they are not here now, how can I help and when I tell them who and the whole saga, I get, "oh yeah" and nothing else. PC Outlet is a ripoff.
