This guy is trying to pull some sort of scam off. Turns out this item he sold me on ebay has been sold to two other people also. First guy returned it as it wasn't as described and the next individual won it right after I did and was told it was already sold. Neither of these individuals left feedback until I had already won and paid for the item.
First thing this guy did was try to get me to pay more than the winning price. I guess that's why he tried to sell it again after I refused to pay more. The 24hr re-listing yielded less money so guess that is why he told them it was already sold. After the feedback from the individual came in that the item was not new as described I questioned him and he assured me a receipt and warranty from original purchase.
He then said he had shipped this item on the fifteenth of September and he would send me tracking info right away. Two days later I finally get some tracking info but it just says that the label has been printed that day which was the seventeenth of September. After waiting six days for this two day shipment to show up I filed A dispute and escalated it to a claim with paypal as Austin was no longer communicating with me.
Boy he started communicating with me when paypal froze my money, and not nicely either. So after ten days and a claim later the tracking finally shows a package dropped off on the twenty fourth of September. I have no faith that this box contains my items but now he demands I drop the claim cause he has sent the package. I chuckle at the fact he thinks I'm that dumb.
I have spoken with paypal and they will hold my money till I have received and confirmed the contents (whew!) so he will not get to scam my $341 today. So internet shoppers beware as this guy also runs three websites where he sells items also.
