Ripoff I was NOT charged a reasonable and customary charge, and was charged for the installer's mistakes

I just want to warn all in Memphis, Tn NOT to have any computer service with this Company. Blaming his software, my internet connection (was out for 3 days due to my ISP), and blaming my computer BIOS-which is the correct and most current one according to my computer company, I was charged $307 to install a $65 video graphic card on my computer. The actual physical install time took 20min.

I was NOT charged a reasonable and customary charge, and was charged for the installer's mistakes and feel I am due $169-$179 refunded. I have already talked to the installer, which is the Manager, Sales, and President of this company. Thank you
