While the iolo technologies web site has a customer service location and it appears to work there is no reply back from iolo. If you call, (using your money no 800 number) after you are put on hold by iolo's answering machine, do not expect to hear a real persons voice, you will probably still be on hold this time next year.
If by some miracle some one should reply to you email, do not think you are out of the woods. After replying back and describing your problem do not expect an answer back. Your problem has probably disappeared into iolo's state of the art, automated, voice activated, b.S. Generator and email deleter.
Brief and concise; iolo doesn't care about customer service/support.
