Do not reply to emails requesting help to get license number to be accepted

I have used System Mechanic since SM5 was released.in November I paid $39.95 for a one year extension for System Mechanic 7 Pro.
I have tried numerous times to get the new license number to be recognised but to no avail.
I have sent two requests to wither help me to sort the problem or give me a refund,
The only replies I get is a standard email reply saying I should look up FAQ but they will reply to my email shortly.
Simply no reply has been forthcoming.
I seem to have wastedthe best part of $40 and have had to un-install the software as its useless without the license number being accepted.
I have been a customer of Iolo Industries for years now and am disgusted that my requests for assistance have palinly fallen on deaf ears.
It doesn't help that I am resident in the UK so ringing them up would just be an extra waste of my time and money/
Looking on several forums I am certainly not the first person to encounter this wall of silence.
Just look up the reviews on Amazon.com and you will see my problem.
