My husband and I saw the commercials on TV, and called to order. Thanks to the Rip Off reports posted here, I used the available information to take care of the deceptive marketing scam before the goods were shipped.
I called to get the return process going, or it is possible that I would have been charged much money. Over $200 I estimate for goods I didn't even request. I can tell you, that Video Professor was going to ship two items which I did not even request when ordering.
Thank you all so much for posting your experiences, as it helped me. Too bad I did not check the reports until after I ordered. I hope this helps other people to get out of this jam.
Here's what to do.
1. Call 1-800-525-7763
2. Tell them you want to return the goods, and ask for RA#.
3. They will give them to you, and tell you what to write on the packages when they come.
4. Be sure to return them right away.
