I had many phone conversations with Daniel where he insisted time and time again that their debt hybrid leads were in fact exclusive leads and that we would be the only ones calling them. I saw no real explanation on their web site indicating that the so called "hybrid leads" he was selling me on were exclusive.
So I sent him an email asking him if the hybrid leads I was about to spend $1500 on were in fact exclusive. He replied back in a different email with a "yes". Here is an email we sent to Daniel over at leadsimplicity.com. It goes as follows:
Hi Daniel,
I think I am being sent shared leads, and we ordered exclusive leads. Out of the 8 I called I was only able to get 2 people. And one of those people (Nancy Cash) was upset that I had called. I had indicated to her that she had spoken to Mike (the name in the call section) ealrier and she got really upset and said " I am one the other line with another guy saying the same thing you just said. He also said I had spoken with this mike guy earlier. I have received several calls today all of them telling me the same thing. You people need to get your act together and don't call me back until you do". I have posted the lead info below, please let me know. Thank you Daniel!

Now here is the first thing Daniel says in his response:

These are exclusive from us and not sold to anyone else.

Now We purchased 75 leads. We have received a total of 55 leads so far and we have yet to receive the remaining leads or have all the bogus leads replaced.
We have had to return all but 2 leads because we either could not contact anyone within the 72 hours time slot they had allotted for us to return bad leads or the leads we called have told us they have had multiple companies contact them already offering help with their debts. Many of the leads were already working with someone else and had more than 3 other people call them within the last few hours.
Bottom line: I was told these would be exclusive leads of people who are looking for help with their debts and that I would be the only one calling them (hence the word exclusive). I have nothing to show expect for 2 people who were willing to talk to me but even they said they have been hounded by as many as 5 people a day. I paid a premium price to have an exclusive lead and I am not getting an exclusive lead. (period) I have demanded that they start delivering the exclusive leads I paid for or refund my money. I told them they have until today September 15 at 5:00 pm MST to deliver what they promised or to refund our money. I had no response yet.
