I initiated contact with a web design company called:

The response from the company was received via e-mail on March 27, confirming that all of the images had been received and the company representative (Christian) had stared to work on my site. When I called to confirm that the company had received my material, I was assured so, and Christan stated that the websites were going to be completed soon. When I called the second time the representative had stated that the website will be done within a month. After the first moths I initiated another contact with the representative to make sure that they were right on track. I specifically stated that I was traveling to Europe and I wanted to have the site done. I had paid about $700 (for the websites and the 2 months of the website being mainstream). I was outraged, when I found out that this company had charged me fee, and I had not even see my website, the functionality were not completed, in fact I had not even preview any of the content. When I contacted the company, I was addressed to another design specialist Courtney and I had received the typical turn around.
I was extremely upset that the representative had no clue what images I was referring too, and she said that the functionality and the websites were assigned to her. I asked her to get the content from my request from Christian soo, she would be able to finish the sites. After 3 weeks, I initiated another contact. I was shocked to find out that they had not even started my site and the, images were lost!!! I had to resent the images over 10 times. This nightmare went for over 6 months! I finally decided to report this incident, and the unethical lies of the sale representative, and the management staff. The site was supposed to be completed when I asked (withing about a month frame). The site is still not done, about 5 months later, I have to travel to Europe and this site was supposed to be done prior to my flied. This had been extremely nightmarish situation that no customer should ever face. I'm reporting this incident to warn other consumers falling victims of this company. The company representatives were rude over the phone, never accepted their fault, and are not willing to work with their customers. I will report several reports to the usacomplaints.com, I will sent in person letter to the Consumer Protection Agencies, and I will also contact the Attorney General of their state.
