For anyone wishing to hire John Evano to do programming work - be aware. John's ability to perform a good project is overshadowed by his constant disappearing acts. We hired John to completely redo our website. Paid his deposit as requested - after being harrassed for it - only to have John disappear. He finally surfaced after many months of trying to find him. His location changed from Port Charlotte, FL to Miami Beach, FL. There was a repayment arrangement made by John - which he has not held up. See email communication to follow. As of 9/9/09 we still haven't heard from John nor received our check for repayment. John does do good work - only when you can nail him down though. It's a shame. I thought we'd be able to get through the problems of the past and move forward. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Please do yourself a favor - do not prepay for work required by this vendor. You will get burned.
