I paid $167 for an upgraded membership to get a cashout faster. I got within about $600 from minimum payout level that was suddenly specified for upgraded members even though the listed benefits for a membership upgrade was NO minimum payout. Paypermails simply stopped sending me any mails to click on to reach that $5,000.00 minimum they require even for an upgraded member after listed "no minimum payout" for gold members. I have already put Paypermails on notice that if they do not play fair with me and allow me those mails to click to make it to payout by August 1st, I will turn their site into the state attorney general's office, and Kansas AGs have zero tolerance for scams.
