I was purchasing a "runescape" account, runescape is a internet game "runescape.com" where you level up and what-not. I was buying an account there, i was told i would get this certain account, but when i sent the payment for it, they "sold" that account and gave me another, and i took it and i never wanted it. This is a bait and switch exactly. I really want my money back and i know never to buy anything again via internet unless its a known dealer. And i sent the money via "westernunion" they live in china that is they downfault, hopefully this is enough. The site is "usfine.com" thanks =)
