Unfair billing practice. I was overcharged abd now they refuse to take the overcharge off the previous balance which will reult in a possible diconnection of servuces

I was over charged for services causing my previous balance to be almost $60 more than I actually owed. Now they are offering to take it off next months billing but will also disconnect my service for charges that I never owed to begin with.
