I was checking, my phone bill to see why the bundled charges were so high. I have not paid much attention to the billing from Qwest in the past, just the charges for long distance.
I thought that the other charges were part of the standard service and were preset. I saw a charge for 14.95 on the July bill and wondered what it was.
I called an 800 hundred # and was told that, the e-mail discount service was a program for shopping on the web. That had been authorized by my household for their service...
Not so. They did cancel the service and I requested the fees returned. So far they have agreed to return one months cost.
