Some months ago, I was in need of web design. I went to eLance.com. I found this company, Imazing Media. They seemed legitimate so I called the number, there was no answer. I left a message and he called me back immediately. I told him what I wanted and he said that would be a snap. He could complete the task in about a week.
I directed Paypal to advance the money to him. I called to let him know the money would be there in short order. There was no answer again, so I left a message. He did not return my call but I wasn't concerned. The next day, I contacted him to see if I could forward my art to him. No answer again. He didn't return my call. I emailed him that same day to find out when we would get started. No reply.
For the next month, I called and emailed daily. I did not hear from him again. Not a single other contact whatsoever. I called Paypal to get my money back and they said he did not have any money in the account to return to me so they could do nothing to help me.
I have vowed to try to keep him from ripping off other people. Do Not Do Business With This Person! He is a con artist!
