I have been with Hostnine for 2 years. I have not been getting bills and had a automatic payment for a while and my account would still get suspended.
During my stay with them they owned me a refund and it took 2 months to get it while getting the run around the whole time having to give them the same information about 5 "as they could not find the payment" even though we had given them the payment ID for both payments in every single ticket we opened with them.
While working on the refund I spent 30 minutes on hold on the phone only to have it hang up on me so I called back again and after another 30 minutes it hung up on me again so I tried one more time and after about 20 minutes it came up with a message saying that billing was closed.
Everything went fine for a while and now they say that we did some chargebacks even though we haven't charged anything back but one time and thats after trying to work with them first.
They now say our account is terminated for charge backs but when we asked them to provide proof as we didn't they have refused. They did not tell us our account was terminated so when I paid my invoice today for the next month I was expecting my account to become un suspended as it is suspended due to non payment cause they have not been sending us bills.
I have asked for my money back and have not been refunded a penny and no one seems to be answers tickets.
I wanted to make sure no one else gets ripped off by this company and we are going to hire an attorney to help fight this matter.
