This purpose of this posting is to forewarn companies considering entering into business relations with PartyPop and Avi Detner and of the credit risks involved.
As sustained by the final judgment of the Arlington Circuit Court, PartyPop and Avi Detner:
1/ Entered into Agreement with Publicity Guaranteed, a PR agency which specializes in delivering guaranteed publicity on no-retainer, pay-for-results-only basis.
2/ Following the request of PartyPop and Avi Detner and relying on their promise to pay for the publicity delivered, Publicity Guaranteed generated at its own cost media coverage for PartyPop.com in six publications.
3/ PartyPop and Avi Detner refused to pay to Publicity Guaranteed for the services performed, committing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
4/ Having been forced to file a collection against PartyPop and Avi Detner, Publicity Guaranteed learned that Avi David was reported by Los Angeles Times (1) of having beaten a subphoena bearer and boasting of knowing how to be judgment proof by utilizing his corporate status. There was large number of judgments against Avi Detner, which suggested his disregard for legal obligations.
5/ The court ruled in favor of Publicity Guaranteed and against PartyPop and Avi Detner, ordering the later to pay Publicity Guaranteed for the services performed.
