Paid for used fork truck and never received it. All phone numbers and web sight have vanished

Sent money for fork truck and was led on for months the truck was with a shipping company. Towards the end before he completely vanished the lies and excusses got worse and worse. I wish I knew of this web sight before I lost the money.
