I keep caring my tow truck to get repairs done they tell me that they have test drove it and when i pick it up it is worse than it was before and i am about to lose my business due to my tow truck staying torn up

I keep caring my tow truck to get repairs done they tell me that they have test drove it and when i pick it up it is worse than it was before and i am about to lose my business due to my tow truck staying torn up i have tried to get help from ford motor company but keep getting the run around and can never get to speak with someone higher up to get this problem resolver so i have contacted a lawyer to sue them for the time and work that i have lost and to replace the towtruck that i have with a new towtruck
