I took my 1995 Chevy truck in to get the clutch fixed on a Monday at 8:00am. I didn't receive a phone call to let me know what was going on with my truck. Needless to say they didn't get to it till the next day, on a Tuesday. I even took a full day off of work on Monday to get my truck fixed. I called them 5 0r 6 times on Tuesday asking about my truck and they said that the slave cylinder and master cylinder for the clutch was bad.
They called me back on Wednesday and told me that my truck was ready. I had a friend take me there to get my truck. I asked for my key to check out their work and it was worse than before I took it in there. They even scratched the paint on my door. Needless to say I pitched such a bitch, that I didn't have to pay for the work that they conducted. So now I am stuck again another two days without my truck because I had to take it somewhere else to get fixed and to fix their mess ups.
