I had an xbox 360 that had rings of death. Before I gave it to the owner I asked if he fix this problem. He tells he gets these all the time and it will rready in a month. Now This was in the beginning of December. Now five months later and calling every 2 weeks I finally get a call saying that they have an xbox 360 ready. First the jerk has the nerve to charge me $150 dollars, Second the jerk gives someone else's xbox 360 that food stains on it. Then he tells to only play it for a couple hours. The reason is that it didn't even work. It had the same problem as the one I brought in. So he promise me the one I bring in and they set me up will a working one. Comes to find out they lost it and tried to set me with another one. That one didn't work. Two more moths go by and set with one defective xbox. I got tired of it and demanded my money back. Well the owner decides to ignore me and my calls. Tell the kid to act like a cyborg and give me the same message everytime I came in. I have been checking on this every 2 weeks "The owner isn't in and I'm not allowed to handle the money. I'll tell him you called. What is your number again?" He actually say that exact line with a straight face. These people has the nerve to think theye can just take someone's xbox 360 and $150 and I'm suppose to forget about it. Well I will be taking them to court luckily I do have a something of a receipt and I paid by check with they were quick to cash. Do not do business with this place for any reason! All you will be doing is giving a donation to these thieves!
