My grandson who is a minor had done a quiz on the computer. It asked for his cell number and he gave it. He had taken the quiz and got his answer on the cell.
My grandson did not get permission to take the quiz and/or did not know better. He said that he thougt it was free like it said.
I had gotten my bill in the mail from Verizon and had seen the bill had gone up a good bit. I had contacted the other company who then instructed me on what to do.
I had my daughter in law contact the companies (2 total) to inform them of the situation. She had gotten my bill reimbursed from the one company but cannot find out how to get reimbursed for the other one.
All Verizon had given me was 2 phone numbers along with the codes. I had the phones blocked from anymore quizes but would like to know how to get fully reimbursed for this.
