They, or one of their representatives contacted our office under the guise of being with AT&T Customer Serivce and wanting to update their contact information on file.
They have billed my monthly phone bill for the last three months. I contacted AT&T, and told them about the unauthorized charges on my account. They have placed a block on my account and have issued a credit to my account for the 3 months I was charged. AT&T did not seem at all surprised, and was very helpful in resolving this issue.
These people need to be stopped.
