Ordered and paid through Nochex and btm comms then decided they suddenly didnt have stock and now this company is gone into liquidation and of course customers (like with my HMV voucher which is now bloody worthless) come last of all. Nochex washed their hands of anything basically saying they just issue "electronic money" and Btm Comms have to refund. I've wasted £20 on phone calls to various organisations to be told basically that I'm screwed by everyone from Trading Standards to Citizens Advice and that this behaviour is entirely legal and unbelievably this happens on a daily basis and its time the UK law was changed that companies can just liquidate and fold without any obligation to return money customers.
