Everyone should be aware of the tactics of Sportsbook.com.
I was a member of Sportsbook.com (never will play there again). I authorized a charge using my credit card. The exceeded my authorized amount by approximately 30%. For example, I deposited $100 and they charged by credit card $130.00. This happened on more then a half dozen occasions.
I contacted the company, let them know the transaction number from their payment gateway ASC. They told me to bad. They said that wasnt enough. They said that I could fradulently change numbers. They wouldnt even look into. With the cc transaction number their payment gateway could see what happened. They want me to give them my entire cc statement which shows all my credit card charges, account numbers, zip codes, etc, etc.
I shouldnt have to do this. Any other company that is told there cc processing company is overcharging, they would look into.
