Horrible Service - service

I recently ordered three items from Target.com. A baby monitor, crib bumper and a clock. I travel for work so I order almost everything off the internet so it is there when I get home. My order arrived from Target today - so far so good. Until I opened the boxes. The clock was badly damaged and the damage did not occur during shipment as the outer box was not damaged in any way. The box with the baby monitor and bumpers looked small and when opened contained the bumpers and a shower curtain liner! But the packing slip said the monitor was in it. I tried calling customer service and the first person was unhelpful and did not seem to understand. Told me I couldn't have a monitor shipped until I returned their $4 shower curtain liner. Ridiculous! I bought the monitor for a baby shower this weekend. I told her I just wanted to cancel the whole order. She abruptly transferred me to someone - she never said who. I was sent to a voice mail menu with no relevant options. I picked one randomly and I have been on hold for 53 minutes. I will never order from Target.com again. I don't have time for this. I now have to go pay for a second monitor at Wal-Mart. Expensive baby gift unless I ever manage to get my money back. I could return the shower curtain to the store and get a refund for the monitor - but the store doesn't have the monitor in stock! The shipping department and their customer service are horrible.
