The Pros act like they are a great company to deal with but when it comes to finalize the plans and making sure everything is in line the advisors and customer service are completly horrible. The one professional actually working on my wedding seems to be very nice and I am excited to be working with him but in the end you have to work with the customer service to get the details worked out because the professionals only do the job and not the details behind the job. As a result I would avoid this company at any cost. It may seem like the best deal but pay a little bit more money to deal with people that care and will help you.
