I don't even know if this company has a customer service department or if it has any employees any more. When I called my rep, I was informed by him that he no longer works for the company and that I needed to call * in customer service. After 3 days of calling, someone finally answered the phone (I couldn't leave a message because all mailboxes were full!) I asked her to talk to * and was informed he no longer worked there. I asked to talk to someone else in customer service and she said "HE is out right now." HE is singular, so you can form your own opinions.
I must admit, up until now, my rep had provided great service, answering his phone every time I call, and all issues I had were resolved almost immediately. I switched for a local rep and great service. No reason to stay now!
